Delivery times:
Spain & Portugal: 2 to 5 days.
UK & Europe: 5 days to 2 weeks.
USA, Australia & Canada: 1 week to 4 weeks.
Rest of the world: 2 weeks to 5 weeks.

Items weight:
Small items such as tops, light skirts and dresses weight less than 500gr, while larger items such as long velvet dresses, coats and pants weight between 500gr to 1000gr. Shipping costs are automatically added at checkout.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! For further information take a look at the "Shipping" section above.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive your refund in store credit.
The customer is subject to delivery costs when handling a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at scarletstreetshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What do I do if my order still has not arrived?
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery so you can always track your order while it is traveling. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
International shipping outside Europe may take up to 5 weeks to arrive to its destiny, however due the covid pandemic parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive.
