Where are you based?
Street Scarlet is based in a small town near Barcelona, Spain. All our items are shipped from there.
Are all your pieces vintage?
A piece is considered vintage if it is at least 20 years or older, our selection of clothes is aged between 1980s to the late 1990s. But still you may find some pieces from the early 2000s.
We believe vintage pieces are unique and one of a kind. Often made with superior expertise, with more details and quality.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! For further information about shipping rates and delivery times, take a look at the "Shipping" section above.
Do you accept returns?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive your refund in store credit.
The customer is subject to delivery costs when handling a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What happens if my item has a flaw?
We carefully inspect all our items to find any possible major flaws that need to be described. If any major flaw is found it will be noted in the item description.
Vintage means pre-loved and old, and as such, may exhibit some signs of wear and age: loose threads, small pilling and minimal used marks. This is clarified in every item description.
However there may be an occasional flaw missed, if that happens please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or in the "Contact" section above to solve any problem.
What do I do if my order still has not arrived?
All orders are shipped with tracked delivery so you can always track your order while it is traveling. A tracking number will be sent to you once your item is shipped.
International shipping outside Europe may take up to 5 weeks to arrive to its destiny, however due the covid pandemic parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive.

Please note that we are not liable for lost or missing orders that have been delivered. Always make sure that all the details concerning your shipping address, including your full name is correct. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Will COVID-19 affect my order?
We take all the possible sanitizing measurements to prevent the spread of COVID-19 while packing your order!
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic parcels may take longer than usual to arrive to its destiny. Please be patient, there's nothing we can do about it :(
